    Interesting info for you all….

    I have two 20TT gearboxes here

    One from a 2011 car and the other of unknown age

    The 2011 box has the Long ratios fitted as you would probably expect.

    The other 20 TT has the close ratios fitted. Go figure??? I have the box apart and have done a tooth count.

    I therefore suggest we all check the actual ratios of our boxes and not rely on the codes
