Hi, I have a question about the licence requirements. Would a German/DMSB National A licence be sufficient to enter?
The regulations say in 1.4.2.c): “be in possession of valid Competition (Racing) National B status Licence, as a minimum”
But I’m not sure if that means UK/MSA National B licence only or if a German/DMSB National B would be considered to be equivalent.
I think d) does not apply to me, because I’m definitely not a professional driver 🙂
Hi Daniel
Maybe worth an email to the msa to clarify.
There possibly the best plus also you can print a copy of there reply just in case when you come to race.

Hi
To race in a foreign country outside the issuing country you will need a Nat A.
So if you have a German licence you will need a Nat A to race in the UK.
I don‘t have a licence yet, but I‘m planning to get a National A within the next few months. In Germany, you can get a National A after a one-day training, which, from my understanding, is not possible in the UK.
Thanks for your replies!
Hi Daniel. I was at the 24h race on the weekend in Rockingham. Spoke to Both c1 officials and the barc guys (I couldn’t find MSA guys) . To answer your questions
