Hi,
I’m looking for a drive in the Snetterton race – May 6/7th. The series looks like something i’m keen to enter my own car in, but I’d like to try things out first.

Do you already have a C1 ready to go? If not, then please take a look at my white C1 road car advertised here. Yes, it’s more money than a salvage auction car but there’s no body damage or rust to fix and no wiring to strip out. By contrast, this couldn’t be an easier or quicker build. Allowing a bit of value for selling the interior, you could have your own car for £4k or so in total. Barring accidents, that car is still worth £4k to sell after your first race if you decide not to do more events. A rental would likely cost you £1k+ (or a lot more in the case of an accident) and that’s money you won’t see back. You would still have to spend £4k+ on buying or building a car.

Very kind, but I’m keen to dip my toe in the water before jumping in.
Ive since found what looks like a seat for snetts and if it goes well we will see about building a car.
