Instructions
You can use this form to register your C1 race car for the series and to maintain your car’s details throughout the season if required.
You will be allocated a race number in the range 301 to 599 and informed of it by email once your car registration has been accepted by the club.
Please fill in all the required fields – indicated with a red asterisk *.
Once you’ve completed this form you will be able to see your car details by going to the MY PORTAL/MY RACE CARS menu item at the top right of the website. You must be logged in to see the details.
| Field | Description |
| Race Number | Read Only. Once your request for a race number has been approved, this field will be visible. You can’t change your race number yourself. If you want it changed please get in contact with us. |
| Owner Details | |
| Owner Name | Mandatory. This is the name of the person that we should get in contact with regarding any matters to do with the car or team. |
| Contact Email | Mandatory. This should be the owner’s email address. |
| Mobile Phone | Mandatory. This should be the owner’s mobile phone number. |
| Address | Mandatory. This is the owner’s address. We will send sticker packs etc. to this address. |
| Team Name | Mandatory. This is the name of your team and will provide the default for your race entry forms. It is typically used in race meeting programs and for any promotional material where your team name might be mentioned i.e. race write-ups and press articles. |
| Vehicle Details | |
| Registration | Mandatory. This is the vehicle registration number. You will need to update this if the car is re-shelled. |
| VIN | Mandatory. This is the Vehicle Identification Number. You will need to update this if the car is re-shelled. |
| Transponder | Optional. If you have a permanently fitted transponder please enter the transponder id number here. This field is optional because you may not have purchased your transponder when you want to register the car. This will need to be updated whenever your transponder changes. |
| Colour | Optional. Please enter the original colour of the car as specified on the V5 registration document. |
| Requested Car No | Optional. If you have a race number from the C1 Racing Club and would like to retain it, please enter it here. If you’ve not registered your car previously, you can request a race number between 301 and 599. We will try to satisfy your request unless it has already been taken. |
| Photos | Optional. You can upload up to 5 photos of your car and/or team. |
| Racing Harness Details | |
| Make | Mandatory. This is the make of your race harness |
| Expiry Year | Mandatory. This is the expiry year for your race harness. |
| Expiry Month | Mandatory. This is the expiry month for your race harness. If your harness doesn’t have an expiry month enter 12. |
| Fire Extinguisher Details | |
| Make | Mandatory. This is the make of your fire extinguisher. |
| Check Year | Mandatory. This is the year of the date your fire extinguisher was last checked. |
| Check Month | Mandatory. This is the month of the date your fire extinguisher was last checked. Under current rules a fire extinguisher must be checked every 2 years and if your last check date is more than 2 year prior to the race, the scrutineers will require you to fit an in-date extinguisher. |
| Seat Details | |
| Make | Mandatory. This is the make and model of your race seat. |
| Expiry Year | Mandatory. This is the expiry year of your race seat. |
